The best part about getting my eyesight fixed is that I can buy sunglasses and not worry about the hassle of wearing contacts to be able to use them!

It sucks when you’re the only one in a meeting not laughing at an inappropriate joke or feel like you can’t talk because that one guy undermined you before. That’s why it’s so important especially if you’re a leader to pay attention and actively create safe spaces. Letting things slide kills teams

You could be the nicest guy or the best girl dad or whatever but if you’re laughing along with the guy who isn’t, then you’re still creating an unsafe space for women and POC.

For me it’s poorly designed costumes. There’s some wiggle room for fantasy but honestly just one purposefully placed seam makes a world of difference between unwearable and believable.

If I had a nickel for every time I worked on a devised theatre project about going to space, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.

DA2 is a masterpiece that I will vehemently defend for the rest of my days, and I hope no team ever has to go through what that team did ever again
