Our study on rare immune cell networks governing liver cholangitis is now online! Using multiplexed single-cell and spatial omics, we discovered a triad of cholangiocytes, dendritic cells and gdT cells regulating the inflammatory and fibrotic tissue response. Rare immune cells matter!
