Sometymes evil doth seeme so powerful that the heart groweth sick. But ther ys comfort yn the fact that evil ys an aberration. Our default settinge ys lovinge each othir and lookinge out and takinge care. We smyle at children. We give somebodye bus fare. We share advyce. Kyndenesse ys braverye.

Photo by Kort Duce A great blue heron fishes at dusk at a nature area in Longmont, Colorado. In this horizontal color photograph, a weathered log stretches across the pond from left to right. At the left of center, a heron stands on one leg, intent on the water below as it hunts. The scene is almost perfectly mirrored on the pond's surface, reflecting both the bird and the branch. Soft, twilight clouds and the deepening blue of the twilight sky ripple gently in the water. It's a striking, contemplative scene-capturing the quiet beauty of the natural world.

CHRISTINA KOCH GREETING HER DOG AFTER RETURNING FROM THE MOON IM GONNA CRYYY 😭😭😭
A treasure trove of ever changing graphical shapes, the dead trees in Namibia's Deadvlei, against a backdrop of towering red dunes, never disappoint.
It was one of the most memorable days of my life, a privilege to witness. We were left breathless when we came upon wild and utterly free desert elephants, as they moved along dry river beds in remote parts of Namibia.
For an all too brief moment, a giraffe is enveloped in a sea of golden light, a short-lived respite from the harsh, arid and unforgiving land it calls home.
For a short lived moment, the soft light of the morning sun draws beautiful, dreamy bands of satin across the tips of these otherwise inconspicuous dunes in Namibia's mesmerizing Sossusvlei region.
Greetings from Namibia as I am about to run the first of our annual photography tours in this uniquely beautiful photography paradise! It's always such a pleasure to return to this wonderful, multifaceted country!

A small brown-and-white dog gently reaches over the edge of a weathered wall to comfort a painted stencil of a sad, slumped boy sitting below, creating a touching real-life interaction with the artwork. The illusion blends the physical environment—cracked paint, exposed wood, and damp streaks—with the mural, making it appear as if the dog is consoling the lonely figure. The Artemis missioun doth show that the thinges that are trulye the most astoundinge yn thys worlde, the thinges that will echo on thrugh historye, are not technologye, howevir marvelous, but common human braverye, wondir, and love. These will be the themes when thys storye ys tolde for centuryes.
Me, a girl in overall, smiling
I'm in overalls and my hair is pigtails but this me after finding out that HOW TO BE OKAY is #4 on the NYT bestseller list. I assumed this was impossible bc this book is on the "advice, misc" list, which is only 10 books long, but somehow it found its people. I gotta call my mom.
