(3/3) The only option you're given in the editor before the VOD gets processed is Cut/Trim, which is arguably one of the last things you'd want to do. Not like it matters though, because the editor is SO slow, that thing you actually need to edit refuses to load until the video is processed anyways.

(2/3) You are given no opportunity to use ¾ of the YT Studio Editor before a VOD is processed. If you need to quickly blur something: you must wait ≥24 hours for the VOD to process, pray that YT doesn't complain about something unrelated, and then slog through the worlds slowest video editor.
