PSA for everyone going to protests

Don't just say it's unconstitutional, remind people that the constitution is full of very good ideas designed to prevent authoritarianism, and most people who want to ignore it want that specifically because they are authoritarian.

Reminder that art is to be viewed. In the past it was hung on walls. Displayed in churches. One would see it many times. Let's battle the streaming culture where we look at something for five seconds to immediately forget it forever.

I'm really happy with how this turned out, mostly because I like fruit!

An Aphotean artifact found stranded on a beach after a great storm in the open sea. It is an intricate sculpture, possibly a ceremonial idol of the eccentric Aphoteans of the six gill slits (Bluntnose sixgill shark - Hexanchus griseus). The carved figure appears to be embracing an unusual-looking blue gem, which emits a soft, almost imperceptible hiss. But those who come close feel something else: a subtle vibration interfering with the ampullae of Lorenzini. Both the gem and the material of the sculpture are unknown.

The sharkfolk of the surface have advanced greatly in technology over the ages, but it is not known how far the Aphotean societies have advanced.

Some believe that their civilization has remained stagnant in time, anchored in immutable traditions. But perhaps we are underestimating them.
