Yeah…it’s tropical - wants to be warm and moist. How are the temps wherever you had them? I’m reading they want to be 65 and 85 degrees F - my house would 💯 kill them in the winter! So maybe a humidity and temp combo is making them sad.

Hmmmm…but no roots? Seems odd. Is it root rot??

Yeah - those pots can be super small relative to root growth and I wouldn’t be surprised if when you repot, it’s just a full nest of roots with a light layer of soil on top. Lemme know how it goes!

When was the last time you repotted them? They could be root-bound and/or have used up all the available nutrients in the soil. Maybe try a small amount of fertilizer in the water until it’s warm enough to repot.
