We've been introducing our girls to the Rocky movies and we just finished Rocky IV and when Apollo Creed died, our kids were ready to riot. They were so upset!

Tomorrow, I will be at B&N in Orem, Utah at 12PM to sign books! I hope to see you there!

Few feelings match the excitement of seeing a reader approach my signing line with a full hardcover set of my book trilogy. It makes me so happy!

Before my store visit at Folklore Bookshop, I am visiting seniors at a local high school. I'm going to discuss publishing paths and tips on writing a book to a YA Lit class and a Creative Writing class. I love visiting schools!

My wife and I introduced our daughters to Rocky last night. Such an amazing movie.

After it ends, our oldest says, "Wow that was sigma."

Now they want to see the sequels.

I'm knee-deep in the copy edits for my next novel, BEHIND THE GLASS, planned for release later this year on November 10th from Blackstone Publishing.

I cannot wait to talk more about this one.

Writing a book is already tough enough.

You don't need to be tough on yourself. You're an artist, you're expressing yourself or exploring an idea. Have fun with it, and take pleasure in the act of creation!

This has been one of the most fun and gratifying weeks of my life.

Yeah, it's pretty slick! But we're remodeling so the actual library is closed. Students order books online and they're delivered by librarian aides. 😀

Almost lost in an unforgettable week for me is a fun, small thing that happened at school...

I was walking with a colleague through the hallways to the copy room when an aide breezed past from the library to deliver a copy of AMONG SERPENTS to a student who just checked it out.

I just have to say, signing a complete book trilogy for a reader is as special of a feeling as I hoped it would be.

The DOWNFALL tour continues!

I had an incredible time at Poppy Books in Spanish Fork, Utah last night and we had a full room!

I left a few extra signed copies as well as DOWNFALL pins and monster coins and bookmarks!

Up next is The Printed Garden in Sandy, Utah on March 27th.
