This is *exactly* the future russia’s leadership (and much of its population has been convinced) wants to see as soon as they have won in Ukraine. We must not let this happen. The free world must support Ukraine a hundred times more than it has. Give Ukraine *everything* it needs to win!

Ironically, if state-run IT infrastructure is able to access *everything* transmitted over MAX, then if Ukraine can hack the back-end (or easier yet, have an asset or agent transmit what they have access to), the security of the system is worse than telegram from an operational security perspective.

I reeeeally hope you are correct. After the last few years though, I have lost all faith in NATO and allied western nations to act decisively, whereas terrorist states have been allowed to act with impunity.

NATO and Europe will deliberate for weeks while russia fortifies its positions, consolidates its control of Baltic states’ government structures, and the US will call for negotiations to give russia everything it wants. NATO is useless against any serious (esp. nuclear armed) enemy state.

Such incredible disrespect and lack of gratitude. I hope US allies now think twice before assisting the US with any military action.

I support joint efforts with mutual benefits, but “American exceptionalism” needs to die.
