Kicking everyone out the dining room and taking an exam after dinner isn’t the way I wanted to spend tonight but then again forgetting to take a simple renewal isn’t also what I wanted to do. Remember your renewals!!! Don’t be like me and have to sit the whole thing again…

A lot of the excitement in the UK for these “mysterious” consoles was driven by magazines like Mean Machines (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mean_Ma...) and we all absolutely loved the mystique of Japanese culture. It seemed an antithesis of the old school uk computer scene (which is really wasn’t)
I linked to the wiki article on Live Service Games which literally says “they’re a bit like software as a service” 🫣
The NES was a curio in the UK (I can’t speak for the rest of Europe…) as most folks either had a Spectrum, Commodore, or a SEGA Master System. Then Mega Drive (genesis) dropped and it all really blew up then. I got a SNES when released. But then ended up getting a NES in 93, just to go full circle
I am genuinely sorry I kept posting constantly about new services and features all the time… www.serverlesssql.com/attention-sp...
I don’t like getting old…so I’ve decided to opt out and won’t be getting any older thank you very much
Especially good ol’ Punchy Aldrin
I’m all for exploration…but shouldn’t we sort out all this shit on earth first?
And yet those cartridge based consoles will long outlive the cd based ones. Yes I’ve replaced the NES connector on a couple of consoles, but my word they’re practically bulletproof
As in the build quality?
