These companies often lock talent into a 12-month notice period to protect their subscription models. In the AI world, a year is an eternity to be stuck in a bad deal.

𝟱- 𝗩𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 "𝗡𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲" 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀:
25% or 50% of "Net" sounds great until you realize "Net" is calculated after the company deducts all its expenses, taxes, and fees, leaving you with very little.

I almost weekly receive 2 or 3 AI voice cloning offers; the price of some of them is very tempting.
However, after reviewing many of these contracts, the most common points between all of them that can strongly hurt any voice actor are:

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition (2014), long before Ray Tracing became a buzzword.
It still runs smoothly & looks better on PS4 Pro than many games released on PS5 today.
The art style & optimization sometimes matter more than the hardware specs.
