The universe is with GenX today. Cyndi Lauper is being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and when I went into physical therapy this morning, they had The Breakfast Club playing on one TV and Tremors on the other.

Me to teenage boy: “Is your alarm set?”
Boy, groaning: “No, it’s too loud.”
Me (*rolls eyes*): “Yeah, that’s a feature, not a bug.”

I used three very expensive eggs to make this delicious coconut cream pie.
