I can (and usually do) find OEM numbers and source parts faster on the clear web than they can with proprietary dealer software so I don't really think efficiency is the main concern, I just wanna see em be more organized about it!!
halfway through my last week of work until June & I've been coaching coworkers on how to cover the responsibilities I had. I hope they can keep up, but without reinforcement I already know those "extra steps" are gonna get dropped as soon as it's convenient, even if it's strictly more efficient

as a fellow victim of Moving Company vs Jubeat Cab, this sucks!! I didn't have any hardware failures (and I got reimbursed), but mine is permanently decapitated - they obviously crushed it up against the truck wall, bent the cube frame and broke the MDF speaker mounts. Hope the refurb goes well!
