got a response back from them and they said they would investigate it with the German postal service and keep me updated. Told them I'll also be trying to reclaim to my country's postal service. I don't think I can get the cards back but at least I want a refund by whoever's responsible 😭😭this sucks

this isnt even a getting scammed thing, the seller has over 500k sales and has a stellar record (99,8% positive) I believe someone in the postal service literally stole my fucking cards for some reason and glued the letter back again
