Something else that's happening with #Handidart #yyj is that pickup times are set extremely close to appointment times. For instance an 11 AM appointment is offered a 10:30 pickup time. With a thirty minute window where the bus could actually show up. Where's the logic.

What's going on with #Handidart #yyj? On hold for 45 minutes and the call was dropped. Ever since they moved to their ne facility, the service has deteriorated severely.
