How it started… tears of frustration that a bloody overnight onset #migraine didn’t clear enough for me to start Day 3 of the bike ride 😩 so I had to ride in the bus for the first 30Km until my brain worked again.

How it finished… a fresh coconut juice after the 55Km I then DID manage to cycle 😁

I’m going on A Big Adventure!
I fly on Friday 😳

#Cycling >350Km in 5 days across #Cuba to raise ££ for #breastcancerresearch.

It’ll be hot, sweaty and hilly - unlike my training in cold, wet and windy England!!

Exposure was 2-3 seconds I think.

There were definitely satellites and aircraft visible with the naked eye but that streak def wasn’t.

Here to learn… what say the experts ?

Here are some of the unexpectedly vibrant colours we encountered last week - when spending Christmas in the hills of Catalunya.
The sky was so blue, the kitchen windowsill view almost meditative, the flowers a delight and reflections so tranquil.
