The National Government have made it harder for you to vote. It's important you make sure you are enrolled as you won't be able to enrol in the two weeks before election day anymore. The best time to enrol is right now - so head to vote.nz online, call 0800 36 76 56 or free text 3676. Pass it on 😉

That's the beauty of democracy, right? The freedom to pile on 😂
Yes it would be good to have an official Labour page here, I've suggested it!

It won't be building an app from scratch as it will be integrated with My Health Records already existing system. Plus adding a card for less tech savvy people.

The app will be integrated with My Health Record, so it is essentially adding more options to an existing system and then adding a card for less tech savvy people.

it will be integrated with MHR.

It would take more administration resources for the individual health providers to manage it themselves.

The main benefit to the medicard is the ability to track any entitlements you have (the 3 free visits, free cervical screening at a pop-up community clinic etc). (There will be an app as well, but the card makes it easier for less technical savvy people).

headline: New liquefied natural gas terminal: 'Vital' or 'bonkers'?
Let's find out...
"about twice as expensive as new renewables' - consumer NZ
"The goal has to be finding the lowest cost alternative. And therefore the answer is not LNG - it's a way more expensive outcome." - rewiring NZ chief
"LNG is not a good option for New Zealand. It's a duress position, a band-aid," - Larry Blair
"it would make no economic sense to develop an LNG import terminal to meet just dry year risk as the large fixed costs would be spread over a relatively small amount of output." - Frontier Economics

The experts agree, National's proposed liquefied natural gas terminal is a terrible idea. 👎
