Paint what you love! ❤️ 🎨

My dad was a meteorologist and my mom was an artist. Not surprisingly I paint a lot of storms. 😊

Baby Jane Doe from The Pitt, held by Dr Robby.

Baby Jane Doe from The Pitt, held by Dr Robby.

Can babies win Emmys? Asking for Baby Jane Doe. She’s more than just an actor, she’s the vibe. Look at the little ears on that hat. Best Supporting Actress right there. Dana and Robby accept on behalf of various babies, dolls, props… that’s fine. 😂

Yes but Region 4 has constant disasters so is always activated, which is great. (That got less convincing with every word.)

Right? The President and his political supporters complaining about statements like, “Blessed are the Peacemakers” hardly seems like a bona fide feud.

Honestly, people need to go back and watch The Wall. Yes, it’s admittedly really creepy, but also haunting and beautiful in some places and *relevant* AF from 40 something-ish years ago. You can’t not see the blatantly obvious imagery this dude uses. It’s not even original.

"Nonsurvivable": Today's heatwaves have surpassed our bodies' ability to stay cool A new analysis reveals the deadly potential of six extreme heat events, especially for elders.

Extreme heat is already creating “nonsurvivable” conditions for humans in heatwaves that have killed thousands and likely many more, according to new research that warns people are more susceptible to rising temperatures than first thought.

This article is terrible. Littered with misinformation and mischaracterizes all of, everything, in case you thought NPR was above propagandizing. We can only assume AI wrote it and no actual journalist was involved.

They are beta testing messaging to go all in on wooing evangelicals for midterms. Anti-Catholic rhetoric goes way back. They believe ultra conservative Christians don’t trust Catholics, so this is seen as low hanging fruit for them to cozy up to that audience. So, probably a little of both.

“Fragility” expresses the delicateness of our natural world and ecosystems. The vintage Heisey teacup, historically owned by the wealthy, represents how people have affected the environment for generations and continue to do so. Two of the whales are humpbacks, which in some cases are still endangered. The third whale is a North Atlantic right whale. North Atlantic right whales are critically endangered and are expected to become functionally extinct in just a few decades. Above the whales float several icebergs, which are spilling over the edge of the cup bit by bit. The earth is losing approximately 1.2 trillion tons of ice per year due to climate change.

I suspect the Pope sounds "woke" to many Christian conservatives because the US is steeped in prosperity theology, where the point of worship is to deliver health and wealth to believers. Thus, "feed the hungry" and "show mercy for the poor" sounds needlessly political and "woke."

He’s throwing it back to deep KKK pre JFK anti Catholic rhetoric and xenophobia. Believe it or not, this is a dog whistle for some of the more extreme, fundamentalist, evangelical Christians who will actually recognize some of the things he’s saying. KKK and others were saying it long before Leo.

This will 100% happen, and he’ll say things to this effect to look like the closer and FIFA World Cup winner. In reality no such thing will actually happen, because they don’t need a deal lol, we do and because the diplomacy skills here are that of a burlap bag full of opossums.

So much math. That’s why I was like mmm, I think I’ll just do here to the stratosphere. And by here I mean not the moving water. No hydrology, or ocean waves. 😂

Not for nothing, Artemis hitting at exactly 8:07 reminds me of all the (mostly) minor arithmetic mistakes I made in the crazy math, and how they led to hugely wrong answers 😂 There’s a lesson besides “and that’s why you’re not at NASA” and Dr Katherine Johnson really was a genius.
