Hello! Sorry for the late response we do have a couple, but we're waiting on some outstanding international orders to be resolved before opening the shop!

And yes that does include refunds if you're not satisfied with our shipping process, insurance does thankfully cover lost or damaged shipments so we can arrange that.

This bluesky should be good, we've just wrapped up our shipping so shouldn't be more than a couple weeks or so :-) Although we are a bit short on zines due to ordering close to the limit, would you prefer we reserve a copy for you? Cause we can do that.

Everyone should have received a tracking number and/or a kofi dm at this point. Thank you all for your patience - if any issues come up whatsoever, feel free to contact us, we will work to find a solution that's satisfactory for you :)

Please also keep in mind that this is our only account, do NOT send money to anyone claiming to be this zine!!! There's no reason for us to request your bank details or anything similar, paypal refunds are processed through usernames.

Just to clarify that if the wait doesn't sit right with you, you are more than welcome to request a refund either through paypal or kofi. The money is there, it hasn't been touched for anything besides labels.

We are not finished with shipping yet, but if you have an issue, please contact us and we'll try our best to get back to you within a week or so. Sincere apologies for the slow communication, this project is still in progress+ proof that we still have the balance for donations (- shipping labels)

Quick update - the next batch of shipments will resume this weekend, we are aiming to finish up everything by the end of this weekend. Shipping is based in the USA, so there shouldn't be any additional fees - we're hoping to get everything out ASAP in case something changes!😅

Your tracking number should have been added on ko-fi if you ordered the physical bundle - those will go out first, followed by physical zine orders.
