Entry level units(so below 400k in modern times), have HOA’s that exceed $1000! I think I saw almost $1369 for a 360k unit recently.
But my expectation of you are that you know everything. Please don’t miss on expectations again. 😉

I know because these HOA’s have eliminated these buildings from my buying consideration.
You are usually a in the know guy? HOA’s have been $700-$1000 for some time on entry priced condos.

I had this feeling 6-9 months before the pandemic and so did my buddy. So we were planning for a variety of things and then it ended up being a pandemic which wasn’t on our list. Lol.
The feeling is much stronger now, almost crippling at times. But nothing specific.
Right now is a tough time for all the hyper intuitive and neurodivergent people you know.
Even if nothing usually phases us too much, our intuitive and creepy premonition side knows some really fucked stuff is coming soon. So please give us some grace through this time. ❤️
