i took a look at the full photo and i dont think its ai. i think the artist just used a digital brush that has a darker outline around it, and used painting like soft shading methods. they probably just drew over some details and left those weird artifacts. all of the details are too precise for ai

a lot of my struggles that come with social media are usually related to my compassion fatigue / lack of outward compassion. interactions are condensed on social media so if people see me being less affectionate theyll be less motivated to interact with me. so ive tried to overcompensate at times
