The St. Patrick Center is an under-appreciated and transformative
St. Louis institution that provides essential services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

I’m always thankful to learn more about the incredible community organizations that are making our district a better, safer place.

I’m proud to have secured $850,000 for the Metropolitan Parks and Recreation District of St. Louis for the Brickline Greenway connection from the Cortex MetroLink Station to Forest Park.

This project will connect North St. Louis to South St. Louis, strengthening neighborhood connectivity.

I’m proud to have secured $1.2 million for St. Louis County’s Operation Smart Street initiative to install advanced roadside units at traffic signals that communicate with vehicles, including emergency responders and buses, as well as pedestrians and cyclists.

Happy National Public Health Week! Yesterday, I was proud to present UMSL with $1,031,000 in federal funding to establish the API Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Hub.

I’ll continue to fight in Congress to bring public health and higher education resources back to Missouri’s First District.

This is against our American values and our basic humanity. Democrats need to step up, but it's long past the time House and Senate Republicans grew a spine and were more loyal to our country than the President.

Hillsdale police, working for ICE, go to Ritenour Middle School to ask about 3 students The school is 3 miles from the village of Hillsdale. Feds offer monetary incentives to departments that help it find undocumented immigrants.

We will not let what happened in Minneapolis happen here in St. Louis. I strongly urge any municipalities considering working with ICE to abstain. Until there are safeguards ensuring they follow due process and stop terrorizing our citizens, ICE is not welcome here.
