Newspaper excerpt from a Friday evening Seattle Times story: "Arozarena felt disrespected when Raleigh wouldn’t shake his hand prior to his first at-bat in WBC pool play. Per multiple sources, Raleigh had made it clear to Arozarena that he couldn’t shake hands, following a Team USA philosophy agreed upon by the players. But Arozarena attempted a . . . "

So, per the Seattle Times, it's apparently not just Raleigh, it's a team-wide decision to not shake hands. Out of UNITY and SERIOUSNESS. Which is rich given (a) none of Raleigh's teammates came forward to defend him; and (b) his manager is mailing in games because he doesn't know they count. LMFAO

Agreed, the playing time floor is pretty safe, but you're paying for a lot more than that where he's going! It's an easy pass for me if you're even thinking about playing time floors with a 2nd/3rd rounder.

I've been very out on PCA this year, and this is one big reason for it. The BEST case scenario is he gets you what you paid for in a 2nd rounder, but with so much risk that the floor falls out of the whole profile. Just can't stomach it.
