Yea, you'd be looking at roughly 10-15% lower frames compared to something like a 5800x3d or 7000 series (depending on game/resolution).
If budget constrained maybe consider 5500X3D or 5600X3D? I haven't seen benchmarks for those so though don't quote me on that
