Yeah, that's how it goes. Me and a few other people kept getting passed over for raises. A month before they announced the shutdown I was finally making what I deserved. So I rode it out for six months. Just to make extra money. Then they cut our overtime

The closer you get the quicker it goes. I had planned to go another year but the company shut us down. I figured it was close enough that hopefully I wouldn't miss the extra money
