In a nutshell, at a larp you spend a couple of hours pretending to be someone else. There's generally some sort of scenario established; think of it as improv, but without an audience!
If you're bargaining with an employer who's actively trying to remove your vacation, make it easier to lay you off, and curtail your right to grieve unfair pay, is it unreasonable to keep drawing pictures of them at the negotiation table even though it makes them uncomfortable?
