I knew and loved Joe in my youth. I'm grateful to see he is being remembered. <3

I knew Joe. He was a very dear friend to me when I was in foster care in Chateauguay, Quebec. We lost touch in 1984 and I heard about his death from a mutual friend much, much later.

Thank you for keeping his memory alive.
