I do believe you need to do a bit of recalculation. Both as to the beginnings of the Civil Rights movement, to the death of FDR, to the 1960s - and work out their co-ordination with however you imagine 'southern whites' sharing a coalition.

From a professional viewpoint, albeit of an earlier period, my conviction is that every one of the Project 2025 ambitions has its deepest roots not in anti-New Deal actions, but in anti-Truman political actions, which have scared these clowns pea-green.
