Why quote me 2hrs of work initially and make it seem like a good deal, when in reality the work takes less than 40mins? And if it wasn’t for the other issues I encountered, they’d probably have charged me the full 1.5hr “discounted” quote…

I know I’m probably getting ripped off if I go to the dealer for service, but damn… they were quoting me for 2hrs of service, gave me a “discount” to 1.5hr, and finally after some issues with getting the part and follow up, ended up with a 1hr labour charge and a 10% discount on top

Got too used to driving an auto transmission car on vacation… scratched my head for a quick minute wondering why my car’s engine wasn’t cranking even though I was stepping on the brakes. Thought my battery died, except the electronics were turning on!

I haven’t collected a single Status Qualifying Mile / Segment / Dollar at all this year so far… on track to be the year with the lowest amount of travel since I started working 😢
