Ouch! I hope you have some decent painkillers still xx
Hah! I csn still remember every word to the Shake n Vac song! If people want to freshen up a room - open a window for 5/10 mins.
On a separate note, how's the knee? Hope it's behaving and that you're shuffling under your own steam ππ€ x
Oh, he's the Boss. And we have a staffy. The cat has been known to stalk the dog. He doesn't bother now as he knows his work is done. Lol
π€£ I love your optimism, when I say this 18yo cat has no f***s left to give and takes no prisoners, I'm slightly understating his feistiness. π€£π€£ still love him oodles tho
Also, this looks hilarious and kudos to anyone who has the time to spin yarn from their pet's fur
I have tried crocheting hats for him, he got FEISTY when I tried to put them on him. I value my hands so I don't bother him with them now lol
Yeah it's been feeling so targeted that I'm sure our Alexa is colluding with all the funeral providers π€£
Pile of cat fur groomed from an 18 y/o cat who is a lazy git (quite rightly at his age), when it comes to grooming. A 700g bottle of ketchup is laid next to the pile as a size reference.
I have removed at LEAST a kittens worth of fur whilst grooming my ancient cat. (700g ketchup bottle for size/perspective).
Mate, I'm being targeted by funeral ads!! I'm only 56(soon to be 57), utterly distraught that I'm in their demographic somehow! I'd take support stocking ads any day lol
Wow! So pretty π

Pickle slice?
I thought it was a single slice of pickle?

Watched the Malcolm in the Middle (life's still unfiar). Bloody loved it! All the original actors (except Erik Per Sullivan), such a good watch, had me crying and laughing at the same time. If you enjoyed the original series, give this a watch π it's either on Disney or Hulu, can't remember which.
No way!! Happy Birthday to you lovely lady! Hope your knee is improving and much less painful so you can get out with the doggos. Have the BESTEST birthday! ππ₯³ππππ₯³
Your cushions are hysterical!! π€£
Gosh, they do like pink.
Oh, I had never thought about this before now.... I shall be thinking about it from now on though..
My hubby had never had chickenpox as a child, when our daughters caught it as wee ones, so did he. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone, he was SO ill. Literally covered head to foot outside (and in some areas inside!) with spots - he looked like a Xindi from Star Trek.
We had leaves on the track, stopping trains in the UK - feel your pain.
Magnificent dinosaur by the thatcher!!
I dont mind voice notes, yeah you need headphones if youre in a public space, but as my mum gets older, her voice notes get more and more precious to me, so, just for that reason, I'm going to disagree with OP.
Still brave in my eyes x
Oof, then I think, knowing what you know about the procedure, that you are super brave - especially as you weren't totally knocked out, I'm getting light headed just thinking about that! ππ¦ΈββοΈ
Would it be rude/dumb to ask why your thigh is bruised for a knee replacement? Also, ouchouchouch, sending all the hugs x
No coming down stairs in your nightwear, unless it was Sunday bath night (yeah, once a week bath!!), no singing at the dinner table(i think this was specifically aimed at me lol). Had to say "Thank you, please may I leave the table", after finishing dinner.
Your mum looks delighted, lovely photos x
