Came back to Granbury last night to see a show and had a fabulous time. Tearing up the Stockyards in Fort Worth tonight before heading back to Bryan/College Station on Sunday.

My son opened a new show tonight. He’s playing Clyde Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde.

He absolutely killed it! (Pun intended). I’ve never been more proud of a performance of his.

Some know this, but this has been the last few months for me.

Sept 2024 - youngest kid moved out.

Nov 2024 - wife and I decided to divorce.

Mar 2025 - laid off from my job.

No doubt God doesn’t want me where I am.

I need a break from the big, life-altering challenges.

On opening night, we get dressed up.

I hate them! Trying to take from people using guise of interest is feeling low!

And now the fun continues on Instagram.

Been spending some time on Threads and it’s full of bots. Gotta have some fun while you can…

Got the acceptance packet in the mail today. Not only was he accepted, but he got what amounts to almost a full-ride scholarship! Let the tears of pride and joy commence!

Just found out my son was accepted into the musical theatre conservatory he wanted to attend. I’m in tears with pride at the moment.

If y’all only knew the amount of hard work that he put in to getting where he is.

The big one was in 1979 in San Diego. According to one site I found, yesterday's would make the 5th.

There have been other female perpetrated mass shootings, but I’m not sure their ages. It’s exceedingly rare for females to commit mass shootings. I am also looking forward to the rest of this story.

I have recently found another side to the other app. I have lost faith in society as a whole.

I have no shame in admitting that I don’t know what the hell I’m doing in life right now.

It’s scary, but it’s also fun and refreshing knowing that I don’t have to follow a script or adhere to anyone else’s vision for my life.

I heard that and said to my screen, “I doubt that, he’s busy playing basketball right now.”

Joe T’s is cool. Of course, as long as I live where I do, everything is far away, but worth the drive.

Say what you want about the other app, but I have met some absolutely amazing people there that I would not have otherwise met. Tonight, I had a great time with some of those people over margaritas and Mexican food. I doubt they realize how much I needed that. I thank them nonetheless.

I have a golf tournament in the morning. At least I’m in bed…scrolling, scrolling, refresh, scrolling…
