a poorly developed photograph of Trull Hospital in Biddeford, taken in October, 2024. what was once Biddeford’s first hospital in 1900 now stands deserted and in near-ruin in a suburban landscape. i have the fantastic fortune of passing this artifact every morning and evening on my commute.
