#GH There is no way Laura should continue to be Mayor. She openly admits that she allows a mobster to continue to operate in her city because he's her de-fector law enforcement. Her goal should be to not have any mob operating in her city. If Anna is incapable, fire her.

I don't know why the writers decided to turn her into an idiot, but they did, just as they turned Anna.
