I'd be curious to hear where you got the accessibility information from!
Dyslexia-friendly fonts is popular myth. They actually don't help because it assumes dyslexia is a vision disorder, not a language processing one. The better accessibility solution is to offer folks the option to change fonts.
Keep it simple!
There's no reason to have 20+ channels. Any channel added after the first 10 needs to have a good reason. The user needs to be able to have a good experience engaging with the community without getting overwhelmed with 10+ channels and steps.

I find it really frustrating for accessibility. Comic sans is hard to read for me, and turns me off of writing. 😅 I should be allowed to control what font I want.
