Over the last 200 years science has taken us from the steam engine to smartphones. From blood letting to vaccines and cancer cures. For most of that time, it has been dominated by rich white men who can afford the education. Think where we  could be if every person on earth with the interest and aptitude for science was educated and set up to succeed.
