tldr: the 8s sever became another + with even stricter standards and gatekeeping. i adamantly protested this but none of the mods (with power) listened.

also i gotta say, it is completely unavoidable to not have equipment issues on the setups at LANs especially w/ mixamps, but i think this riptide i experienced the least amount of issues out of any other. really great job volunteers, TO's, production, everything was so high quality 💖
