Turning on your fog lights should automatically restrict your car to 30mph. If visibility is less than 100 metres, you probably shouldn't be going faster than that. It might stop those twats who turn them on for the slightest reason and blind the rest of us.
it's got potential...but it needs some tweaking. The commentary and player mics/discussions are a bit of a mess really
