Oh my gosh, if you aren't watching Game Changer on Dropout, you are honestly missing the best entertainment that is being made.
Accessibility seems to be a major factor in being able to turn out and fight back. Times aren't accessible when you have kids, locations aren't accessible when you need to fight for parking. I'm curious what the turnout will be with taking the protests more locally.

My father is a conservative-leaning independent, never fully down the MAGA hole, but is easily spooked by anyone he deems "too progressive".
Right now his absolute favorite politician is Elissa Slotkin. She spoke to something in him this that no one else has. I'm ok with this.
You could feel it when we were out looking for one of the town council candidates. People understood the problem that we didn't have anyone to run and that the R President of the town would be running unopposed for the second time in a majority Democratic ward, but no one could make time to run.
