Ohno-na
Great result for us at Selhurst Park that. Still extremely wary of Arsenal who I think will pick up a win against Fulham and cut the gap to four. Chelsea will drop points at Spurs. #LFC
Surprised with Quansah at RB. Thought he looked decent in that position against City, albeit the game was done and dusted by then and he does have previous experience in that position but Newcastle away is a tough test for him.
Notice however how he said contract offer to Van Dijk and one will be made to Salah soon but said talks ongoing with Trent. Looking too much into it? Probably but weird how he said an offer was going to be made for VVD and Mo. #LFC
Very rarely would you table an offer if you hadn’t already agreed “in principle” to the terms. As much as David Ornstein hasn’t said much, the fact he has said an offer is being prepared is a positive sign imo. #LFC
Arne Slot’s comments about Salah and the 115 charges are fantastic. Exactly what is needed to bat away the question whilst also making light of the situation.
Good morning to the those who are top of the Premier League and UCL
Not saying I believe this but what if Salah only wants a 1 year deal and Liverpool want more security and a longer contract? A one year deal just seems bizarre given we will be in this same position in 12 months time. #LFC
#LFC contract situation imo.

Trent Alexander Arnold 👋
I just think he signs, hopefully not jinxing it but I just do.
Repost if BlueSky is now your primary social media site.
I was very impressed with Tyler Dibling against Liverpool and he has been equally lively against Brighton.
Let me remind you that “a Liverpool side lucky with injuries” are currently missing:
• Diogo Jota
• Ibrahima Konate
• Federico Chiesa
• Alisson
• Conor Bradley
• Kostas Tsimikas
But we won’t hear anything because we are not Arsenal or Manchester City.
#LFC
Endrick attempted multiple times in the final few minutes to leave one on Konate, kicked out at him moments before the one that eventually led to the injury aswell.
LETS RUN IT BACKKKKKK #LFC
Ffs Ibou out for 6 weeks. Literally in the final second of the game aswell. Big moment for Gomez or Quansah to step up, I suspect it will be Joey. Huge loss though. #LFC
Go on lad!
Thanks, I’m hoping selling Haaland doesn’t come back to haunt me but overall a much more balanced team now
Used all of my 5 transfers for this weekend of football on fpl.
Haaland ➡️ Joao Pedro
Digne ➡️ Saliba
Luis Diaz ➡️ Saka
Ui-Jo ➡️ Jackson
Welbeck ➡️ Isak
Solid changes imo.
Bodø/Glimt 2-1 up at Old Trafford against Manchester United.
I’m predicting a 2-2 draw tonight. Madrid will be desperate for the 3 points and need it more than us in UCL. We can cause them issues but I think defensively we have looked somewhat vulnerable recently. I do think people are underestimating how tough of a game this will be despite their injuries.
I would probably agree. Gomez stronger defensively imo. Would allow one of the double pivot to be a little more advanced too as Gomez less likely to move forward. Mbappe going to be playing in his “best” position on that LW too.
What we saying then Gomez or Bradley at RB tonight?
I would agree with you. I would predict that something as little as 85/86 points would be enough to win the league this season. Liverpool HAVE to beat City this Sunday.
Interested to see what Arsenal fans think of these numbers? The numbers look worse than last season obviously. You have comfortably played the trickier fixtures but the big thing for me is you have dropped four points compared to last season in those respective fixtures. Next 10 games will be vital.
I would have guessed City to be in a much worse position given their “catastrophic” start. The drop in points is only four given the same fixtures. The real big point is the drop in the goal stats. City having a one point lead over Arsenal given the fixtures leads me to believe AFC finish higher.
As much as it has been a great start under Slot this season, Liverpool points wise got the same last season from the same fixtures. So the fantastic start is more down to a mix of Slot exceeding expectations, LFC remaining consistent and the drop off in points of both City and Arsenal.
Exactly that. I honestly thought LFC were in a better position than last year which they are, but only due to the drop off of City and Arsenal. The numbers show that the “catastrophe” as City is not as bad as what we all think perhaps.
