the doctor said my heart wasnt enlarged or showed damage of a heart attack so he was comfortable letting me go but advised a low stress lifestyle change (im a disabled trans person living in TX + dont qualify for disability) so im gonna try diet changes first to see if that does anything 😥

I have am on meds for high bp that keep running out because i dont have insurance and cant afford the docs visits to get them
and i should have gone to er sooner instead of hoping all of this goes away cuz its been happening for a week now

going to er cuz even after sleeping my bp is still 158/111 (lowest reading was 135/106, and the highest was 178/102)

i cant tell how accurate (had to do lower forearm cuz the band we have with the machine is too small) but that paired with the chest pain and pressure and fatigue and headaches
