To be clear, I fear for the people more than the establishments. These are our family, friends and neighbors in Texas.

Before it was available in restaurants in Texas, it was sold by street vendors. It’s the same with “street tacos”. Now they are in restaurants, but the best is still sold on the streets or small family owned Mexican restaurants. I fear many of these establishments will soon disappear here. 🙁
