I’ve managed to get back into running again the last couple of weeks, running home from work on the Monday and then running back to work on the Tuesday, I hope I can keep this routine up, I’m down to 60.5kg so I think we’re making healthy moves!✨🫶✨

It’s my birthday in 13 days so I’m trying to lose what I can in the lead up to that but I need to be stealthier if I’m going to get away with it

Managed to skip lunch today and yesterday yippee, but now my partner knows and I’m in trouble Oopsy!!

I haven't been on because I've been binging don’t look at me I'm a freak

Especially since I have been eating most meals, only being able to skip meals when I’m away from my partner because he knows I’ve been relapsing, I’m just glad the weight hasn’t crept back

I think stepping on the scales for the first time in over a month and finding out that I’m still the same weight as the last time filled me with so much joy and encouraged me to keep a lower calorie day!

Managed to eat a very little amount yesterday, barely wanted food until evening time, super proud of myself for not giving in fully 🫶

A distant thunderstorm erupts with a tiny bolt of lightning viewable near the horizon over this dark corn field. The thunderstorm itself is not too tall, the top of the cloud also illuminated, but completely outmatched in every way by a bright green blowtorch of an aurora illuminating the entire center and top of frame. 📸 1 year ago tonight I saw by far the most vivid aurora display in my life. After watching every webcam in Europe light up purple I quickly grabbed a rental and drove out to some corn land outside Rockford, IL. Catching simultaneous + aurora is something I will never see again #aurora #photography

I don’t want to care what others (men) think of me, but I do???? Ugh

Also, it’s less than a month until my birthday now!

And I am staring at my body and getting very frustrated!!

I was worried I’d be too thin to get my chest tattoo (that’s just after my bday) but at this rate I am still exactly the same weight so nothing to worry about there…
