Unfortunately due to the governor Kelly Ayotte policy of not wanting any sanctuary cities in NH due to her views on immigration. We can’t call it a sanctuary city but still have protection for LGBTQIA+ people. 2/3

On July 9th, 2025 the citizens of Keene,NH went to the town hall over a petition from Adam Tofer ( president and founder of Keene Pride) that had over 800+ signatures to have Keene, NH be a sanctuary city for LGBTQIA+

While we had a lot of signatures for it to be a safer place 1/3
