Mum spent the whole night gargling snot. I decided to let her sleep in since she’s sickly and not sleeping well. I’m waiting demurely in my stoop for Dade to get a clue and feed me.

We had a #caturday lie-in today because my mum tricked me. She put a hot water bottle in the bed and I cuddled that so much I forgot to do 4 am face pats. 🐾🧡

Andy, a bicolour brown tabby, is at the back of a brown and leopard print cat bed on a shelf in the garage. Miki, a dilute tortoiseshell, has squeezed herself in with him, in spite of the fact that he's a big boy, and there's really only enough room for him. He loves Miki, and (like all the boys) is a little afraid of her. As for Miki, she's fiercely independent, and only tolerates the rest of the kitties (and me). She can take care of herself, and she knows it; she does what she wants, when she wants, because she wants.

Poor, put-upon Andy. He just gets nicely comfortable in a one cat-sized bed, then along comes Miki to shove her way in with him. He loves her, though, so he doesn't mind.
