Her earlier explanation about Tohno blood and the non-human factor having certain impulses strikes me as having certain similarities with Shiki's uh..issues. He seemed to have very little self control in regards to Arcueid, but since he's not biologically a Tohno.. It isn't really much of a secret as to what supernatural factor is in Akiha's blood for me unfortunately. Just the nature of the remake internationally releasing 3 years after Type Lumina.

Nice to see Arcueid's Last Arc in the visual novel proper. Was under the impression that a great many characters super attacks were lifted from the old Melty Blood, but this looks -completely- different from that one. A shame her efforts to protect the person she loves didn't pan out. 😢

There are a lot of images I want to use for each of these entries, but Shiki looking like a lunatic was one I simply couldn't pass up. It's just too funny out of context. Idk what the hell he did(apply the concept of death to the hallway and transfer it to Roa's legs?) but that should've been Shiki's Last Arc. Forget slicing up Arcueid a bunch this is SICK. Anywho, Roa is dead. I believe this concludes just about every remaining loose end in this route, so..that's probably it? I'm sure there'll be more to close this story out on a strong note but that'll probably be for tomorrow. Even knowing some of the story beats due to playing the related fighting game this has been a REALLY engaging story. Day 14 looks to be the final(?) day though so I'll relegate my thoughts to after the fact.

Had I made this post prior to Day 12 I would've assumed this would be the final time we'd see Ciel. The way the scene was handled felt very 'final', what with her trying to advise Shiki not to get involved with her & parting ways with him. Thanks curry lady, but wrong Route! Gotta vampire to stick with.

Yippee!! There's a couple things here that tickled the theorycrafting part of my brain but I wanna enjoy the moment for what it is. She left very soon after anyways. 😭

Story context basically throws it into the players face that going back to the mansion isn't 'right'. And Shiki spent all of Saturday fruitlessly searching for Arcueid. Wonder what those Bad Ends wouldn't lead to. I can only assume that Ciel's roundabout invitation doubled as both a way for him to maybe cool his head(can't check to reconfirm rn) & attract Roa. It'd beg the question as to why the curry nun would watch Shiki nearly die though. Orders from Mario perhaps? Oh, and Shiki's somehow alive after having his line cut. I can only assume that he has some in-built resistance against his lines being cut if he didn't -immediately- die.

Cat's out of the bag ig. Akiha did one hell of a job tricking me into genuinely believing that something happened to make her forget 𝑆ℎ𝑖𝑘𝑖. I tip my hat off to you. Got the impression that Makihisa didn't tell her -everything- though. The way she spoke of the Tohno blood was more akin to an oral story than one of personal experience. This was my stopping point though and it looks like this route is quickly approaching it's conclusion. I've yet to hear anything beyond 𝑆ℎ𝑖𝑘𝑖 being the youngest to 'turn' though, so there'll likely be more to come(had to do this thing called sleep 😢).

Days 11-12 done. Pretty early on into Day 13 as well!
