The depression is settling in. Obsessive thoughts. I just wanted to shut down and feel nothing. I don’t like this vulnerable time of the month at all. Thankfully meds help me and keeping myself busy with household chores and self care when I can’t sleep. Keep on keepin on. You have save yourself.
