New garden plan | 🌱✌️ Permapeople Create a new garden plan with Permapeople

Just a reminder since it's garden-planning season for those in the northern hemisphere, that Permapeople has a free and non-commercial garden planner.

More elaborate than a grid-based planner, and more suited for food foresters and homesteaders, but it's awesome!

Next tool: 1.5PS at only 2.4kg. Usable also with one hand. So I can hold a trash bin lid with the other to keep zombies at distance.

First time growing Echinacea. Plant actually started last year but a bit too late in the season. This year it came back strong after the rain came back.

Thinking about something like that. How did you fix it on the trunk ?

The spring was quite good with rain but rather cold. Now again it didn’t rain for a while and I hope it is not the next summer which is super dry. Until now I resisted to water the potato and onions but probably will give in soon

244 onions planted

2 years ago 2 1 0 0

I think we got it all wrong. After working a few weekends on larger scale plantings (40 potatoes, 244 onions, some garlic) I firmly believe that if everyone becomes a farmer, they use so much more calories than they do on their desks now and we can never offset that 😅
