My point about surgery is their commitment to being a woman.

I think women should have equal rights to safe and competitive sports.

And many of the trans women competing in sports have not undergone gender-affirming surgery.

They demand to compete in female rather than male sports, but have not fully committed to being a woman.

Civil rights is protecting women in sports from injury or loss.
