In my never-ending grief, I started programming, first with little intention. Then I was animating her. Then I created solidity contracts, bought a domain, built a backend, and a frontend, wrote tests, and added music.

Anyway. Oprah died on November 19th. I was expecting dad to die, the nurses had told me for a third time it was time.

I was expecting Bibbi to die (my terrier) as she was riddled with cancer.

The last person, um individual, I expected to pass was Oprah.

Things were complicated. Breaking free from my dad age 27 had meant leaving a one-man-cult. Naturally, becoming his legal guardian two years later was... blah.
