She is a Happy Kidz doll by Gotz. Sophie is the name she came with - they reuse names a lot but she is from a few years ago. She’s a smidge taller and slimmer than American Girl but can fit some of the same clothes (like these pajamas).
Sophie found the OG Pinkmas tree I bought last year and said she had the pajamas to match. 🎀🎄🎁🎀
