Another day and another great run! I feel like I’m stabilizing my pulse a lot better and keeping my pace even if I’m technically slowing down

Todays run went great even though I was quite mentally tired when I started!

Wednesday week 4: Another day on the schedule! Ran with some collegues today though so I couldn’t quite drop the 2+2+1

Monday week 4 done - this was outside work though, quite a lot flatter ground in the town vs. in the countryside. Quite happy with the result though!

I do think I nailed it to! It was supposed to be 1km walk followed by a 5km run but by the time I reached my destination, the lake I've only seen on the map until today, I had already ran a bit over 4km's :D so it ended up as a 7.34km before I came back home!

Oh boy - I’ve decided to try the ”couch to 10k” runners schedule with the goal to reach 10 kilometers in 10 weeks - stupid me that decided to sign up for for a 10km event in June xD
